Unzip the filesand run the update “.exe” file

Press D-Pad down and Triangle and connect via usb cable.

Press “update” and the firmware will load.
Once completed it will show “PASS”.
Only if it fails, will the customer need to use the “reset” button on the rear of the controller to wipe corrupt firmware.

Navigate to the controllers menu, select “Change grips order” and then press “Y” and “Home key” together on the controller until the LEDs flash. After approximately 10-15 seconds the controller will be connected and will vibrate.

In dock mode
Connect to your Switch dock via the USB cable provided and press the home key on your controller until the lights flash. After approximately 10-15 seconds your controller will connect and vibrate. The cable can then be removed for wireless play.
Step 1:
Download the latest firmware.
Unzip the files and run the “.exe” firmware tool.
Select “Auto Download” option.
Step 2:
Open the firmware tool.
Hold D-Pad up and B and whilst compressed, insert the USB cable to the PC.
The download will start.
Step 3:
Once the download has completed you will see the word “PASS”.
Remove the USB cable from the PC
